There is a moment that changes how you see things.

Walking through a city where centuries-old brushwork still sits quietly on modern storefronts, I realised traditional art had never become irrelevant. It had simply been left behind in the rush toward what feels new.

That stayed with me.

In a world where everything can be produced quickly and efficiently, much of it begins to look and feel the same. Not because the tools are lacking, but because they are shared by everyone.

A brushstroke does something different. It carries weight. Not just visually, but culturally. It holds time, discipline, and a point of view that cannot be standardised.
